Preschool to Higher Secondary

One journey, many pathways

From a three-year-old's first rhyme to a college student's final board exam, our academic systems are designed as one continuous journey — with the flexibility of both national and international pathways.

Learning Framework

How children learn here

Our curriculum rests on four pillars: strong foundations in language and mathematics, hands-on inquiry in science and technology, character education rooted in Islamic values, and the arts, sports and service that make a childhood whole.

Assessment is continuous and constructive. Teachers track understanding through classwork, projects and termly exams — and share progress with parents through structured reports and open days, not just marksheets.

Stages of the Journey

Our academic programmes

Young children playing and learning outdoors

Preschool & Montessori

Ages 3–5

Play is a young child's serious work. Our Montessori-inspired early years blend guided play, phonics, number sense, rhymes in English and Urdu, and plenty of movement. Classrooms are bright, low-shelved worlds where independence is celebrated — pouring water, tying laces, choosing work. Parents receive a developmental profile each term covering language, motor skills, social confidence and early numeracy.

  • Montessori-trained teachers from our own institute
  • Purposeful play, story time and nature corners
  • Gentle, observation-based assessment — no exams

Primary

Classes I–V

The primary years build the habits that carry a learner for life: fluent reading in English and Urdu, confident mental mathematics, curiosity about the natural world, and daily practice of kindness and honesty. Islamic Studies and Nazra Qur'an are taught with warmth and understanding; computing begins in Class I with age-appropriate digital literacy.

  • Literacy and numeracy blocks every morning
  • Science through experiment and observation
  • Weekly library, art, PE and computer periods

Secondary — Matric (SSC)

Classes VI–X

Our Matric stream prepares students for the Board of Secondary Education Karachi with a record our community is proud of. Science and computer science groups are supported by fully equipped labs; regular mock examinations, past-paper practice and after-school clinics ensure no student faces the boards unprepared. Careers counselling begins in Class IX.

  • Science & computer science groups
  • Board-focused revision programme and mock exams
  • Leadership roles: prefects, houses, student council

Cambridge O Levels

Ages 11–16

The Cambridge pathway offers an internationally recognised curriculum without leaving the Raunaq-e-Islam family. Students take O Level subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Sciences, Urdu, Islamiyat and Pakistan Studies, taught by Cambridge-trained faculty. The programme emphasises analytical writing, problem-solving and independent study — preparing graduates for A Levels and universities in Pakistan and abroad.

  • Cambridge-trained subject specialists
  • Structured university preparation and counselling
  • Offered at Federal B Area and North Nazimabad

Higher Secondary (Intermediate)

Classes XI–XII

The final rung before university. Our higher secondary programme offers pre-medical, pre-engineering, computer science and commerce groups, with college-level teaching in a familiar, supportive environment. Dedicated counsellors guide entry-test preparation, university applications and scholarship hunting — because getting in matters as much as getting through.

  • Pre-medical, pre-engineering, CS & commerce
  • Entry-test preparation support (MDCAT, ECAT, university tests)
  • Career guidance and university application mentoring

Vocational Education

Youth & Adults

True to the Society's welfare roots, our vocational wing equips young women and school-leavers with employable skills: computer applications and office productivity, tailoring and textile crafts, culinary arts, and small-business essentials like bookkeeping and digital marketing. Short certificate courses run year-round with flexible timings.

  • Computer, textile, culinary and business tracks
  • Certificates with practical portfolio assessment
  • Entrepreneurship mentoring for graduates

Beyond the Syllabus

Skills for a changing world

STEM & Digital

Coding clubs, science fairs and smart classrooms make technology a tool, not a spectator sport.

Critical Thinking

Debates, Socratic discussions and project-based learning teach students to reason, not just recall.

Arts & Expression

Art rooms, naat and qirat competitions, drama and calligraphy nurture every kind of voice.

Leadership & Service

Student councils, house systems and community service turn values into lived experience.
